NeuOra Microceuticals is the developer of the
NeuOra CBD patented time-release technology

 

The NeuOra CBD time-release technology was developed by Steve DeVore, Douglas Pratt, PharmD.  Greggory R. DeVore, MD., and Jim DeVore. They are the original founders of and principals in NeuOra Microceuticals— the maker of NeuOra CBD.

Steve DeVore is the founder of SyberVision Systems and OxySpark Advanced Nutritionals. He spent 8 years in human/elite athlete performance research at the Stanford University School of Medicine's Neuropsychology Research Laboratory. He has authored over 60 courses/programs in the brain, biology and behavioral dynamics.

Dr. Pratt is a University of California Berkeley-educated doctor of pharmacology. His focus of research and interest was in the development of pharmacological time-release technologies. He has served as a chief  pharmacologist for major senior health care systems.

Dr. DeVore is a Yale University-eductated physician specializing in fetal echo-cardiology with an emphasis in the identification of congenital heart defects.  He is recognized internationally as a pioneer and leading innovator in his field. Currently he  is a Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the David Geffen School of Medicine, UCLA, Los Angeles, CA.

Jim DeVore is an expert in chemistry and chemical processes. He spent over 30 years as a key executive at two major consumer goods companies. He has participated in the development and formulation of many brand name personal care and hygiene products.
